Weather on April 6 in Ukraine: sleet and rain will continue

The weather in Ukraine on Sunday, April 6, will continue to be cool in almost all regions.

Wet snow and rains are expected, and frosts are also reported. This was reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.

Meteorologists have warned of icy conditions on the roads, and strong wind gusts are possible in some regions.

In the western, Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr regions, there will be light, moderate sleet at night and moderate snow during the day, and ice is also expected on the roads.

Wet snow and rain are forecast for the rest of Ukraine. In the southeast, precipitation is not expected at night. The temperature during the day will be from 1 to 6 degrees Celsius. In the south, Dnipropetrovs’k region and east of the country, it will be 4 to 9 degrees Celsius, and 10 to 15 degrees Celsius in the afternoon.

In the Carpathians, there will also be moderate snow during the day, from 0 to 5 degrees below zero. The wind will move in the northwest direction, and in the eastern regions – southwest. Wind gusts will be from 7 to 12 meters per second.
