Sick wolf rescued in Kyiv, which was sold on the Internet and settled in an apartment for two years

A wolf lived in a Kyiv apartment for two years. A small wolf cub with rickets was sold online and lived in a human apartment for two years. This was reported by WHITE ROCK Bear Shelter on Facebook.

As a result of this ‘shelter’, the animal had to have a metal plate installed in its paw (after a bone fracture). The wolf is in poor health, especially its stomach and intestines.

‘But he is incredible, and we are happy that the owners realised their mistake and found a great place for the wolf. Let this story serve as a good example. And we are grateful to our friends who always respond to requests for help,’ the post reads.

Veterinarians took the necessary measures. All those involved in the rescue were thanked.

As a reminder, the black stork, which is considered quite rare in Ukraine, was spotted near the Chornobyl zone. The ornithologists visited the outskirts of the village of Kamianka.
