Russian troops attacked Kyiv on 29 November.
The western part of the capital is without electricity. This was reported by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko on his Telegram channel.
Energy workers will work to restore power supply.
As Klitschko explained, debris hit a residential building at another address in the Darnytskyi district. All services are heading to the scene.
In the Darnytskyi district, rocket debris fell in the courtyard of a nine-storey building. There is a fire on the 6th floor of the building.
Emergency services are heading to the scene.
In the Holosiivskyi, Solomianskyi and Darnytskyi districts, fires broke out as a result of debris falling on non-residential premises and open areas.

One person was killed in the attack by Russian troops in Kyiv. Seven more Ukrainians were injured, including a child.
In the Solomyanskyi district, debris fell on a 25-storey residential building, causing a fire. Parked cars were damaged.
The Shevchenkivskyi district was also attacked. A 14-storey residential building was damaged. Apartments on the 4th and 5th floors were on fire.
In the Dniprovskyi district, the Russians hit a 10-storey residential building, causing the destruction of the 6th and 7th floors. Three people were rescued from the 7th floor.
In the Sviatoshynskyi district, a hit was recorded in the entrance of a 3-storey residential building. A fire broke out on the 2nd floor, and rescuers saved a child.
Russia had previously attacked Kyiv on 14 November. Russian occupiers struck residential areas of Kyiv with missiles and drones. Six people were killed and more than 35 were injured.
