Russia attacks Bucha and damages more than 20 houses

In Bucha district, 21 private houses and 10 vehicles were damaged.

In addition, 3 garages, 2 outbuildings and 3 unfinished buildings were damaged. This was reported by the National Police press service on Facebook.

Today, the Russian invaders once again struck the territory of the capital region with Russian drones. According to preliminary information, two people were injured – a 45-year-old man and an 80-year-old woman. They were provided with medical aid on the spot.

Explosive experts and investigators are establishing the circumstances of the attacks at the scene.

Russia’s Attack on Ukraine on August 8

Russian troops attacked Ukraine on the night of August 8 (since August 7, 20:30) with 108 air strikes: 104 Shahed-type strike UAVs, and various types of imitation drones. The invaders also used 4 high-speed (jet) UAVs.

The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

The air defense system shot down/down 82 air targets: 3 jet drones and 79 enemy Shahed-type UAVs and various types of imitator drones in the north, south, east and center of the country.

The Ukrainian military recorded 26 UAVs hitting in 10 locations, as well as the fall of downed UAVs (wreckage) in 8 locations.

As a reminder, Russia attacked a five-story building and a sports complex on June 23. Twelve people were taken to hospitals.
