Kyiv hosted the Equality March, organised by LGBT representatives. Later, activists also gathered for the March of Traditions, with slogans in favour of traditional values.
Both marches have already ended without clashes or serious incidents – the LGBT column had only marched for 00 metres. Traffic on the street has been restored, and the Zoloti Vorota and Teatralna metro stations are open.
The participants of the March of Traditions also spoke out against unfair mobilisation in Ukraine, when law enforcement officers receive reservations and do not fulfil their duties to protect the state at the front.
‘Police to the front,’ citizens chanted, according to the Stugna Telegram channel.
As a reminder, the street in Darnytskyi district of Kyiv will be closed for repairs until October.
