One woman killed and eight injured: known consequences of Russia’s attack on the Kyiv region

As a result of the attack on the Kyiv region on 29 November, 13 high-rise buildings and 9 private houses, 20 garages, and 24 vehicles were damaged.

A local resident was killed and eight other citizens were injured. This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv region police.

In the city of Brovary, seven high-rise buildings, four private houses, 14 vehicles, and 20 garages were damaged. A fire broke out in one of the high-rise buildings. Fifty-two people were evacuated, including three children.

The fire has now been extinguished. Three citizens were injured, including a local resident who was hospitalised.

In the Bucha district, a private house and seven cars caught fire. A private house and four apartment buildings were damaged. Two men suffered bodily injuries. The police station in the town of Vyshneve was also damaged.

In the Obukhiv district, four private houses and three vehicles were damaged. A resident of the capital region was taken to hospital with injuries.
A two-storey private house was damaged in the Fastiv district. Unfortunately, a 55-year-old woman was killed and a man was injured.

Two high-rise buildings were damaged in Vyshhorod. A woman was hospitalised.

Shelling of the Kyiv region on 29 November

The Kyiv region was also attacked by Russian troops on 29 November. Two people were injured as a result of Russian shelling.

At night, the enemy attacked the Brovary and Fastiv districts.

As a result of the attack, a fire broke out in the city of Brovary, causing damage to the 8th and 9th floors of a nine-storey building. Two people were injured, and one person was taken to a medical facility.

Rescuers also evacuated 52 people from the building, including three children.

Private buildings and nearby parked cars were damaged in the city.

A fire was extinguished in a garage cooperative, where 20 garages were damaged as a result of the enemy attack.

We will remind you that the mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, stated that the western part of the capital was left without electricity as a result of the attack. Specialists are working to restore power.
