On the Kyiv-Odesa motorway, a minibus driver ran over a cyclist

A traffic accident on the Kyiv-Odesa road was recorded near the village of Polkovnyche within the Tarashcha community. A 27-year-old cyclist was killed. This was reported by the press service of the National Police.

It was established that a Volkswagen minibus, driven by a 53-year-old driver, was travelling in the direction of Odesa. On an unlit section of the road, he hit a cyclist.

The accident proved fatal. As a result of the accident, the 27-year-old cyclist died.

Law enforcement officers have initiated criminal proceedings.
