Mercedes driver kills pedestrian in Sofiivska Borshchahivka

The driver of a Mitsubishi Lancer, travelling in the left lane, hit a pedestrian. The man died as a result of his injuries. This was reported by the press service of the National Police.

The accident was recorded on Kyivska Street in the village of Sofiivska Borshchahivka. The pedestrian was crossing the road in a place not designated for crossing.

Investigators have launched criminal proceedings.

As a reminder, the driver of a Kawasaki motorcycle hit a kerb stone and died in the village of Piskivka. A 20-year-old female passenger was with him. She suffered bodily injuries and was hospitalised.
