Lorry ran over a man on the Kyiv-Znamianka road

A DAF vehicle struck a 37-year-old man near the town of Kaharlyk. He suddenly stepped onto the roadway. This was reported by the press service of the National Police.

The accident was caused by a 58-year-old driver of a DAF truck. As a result of the incident, the pedestrian sustained bodily injuries. He was hospitalised.

Investigators have opened a criminal case.
