Kyiv is in terrible traffic jams due to the arrival of foreign delegations (Photos)

Foreign delegations are actually the cause of the situation. People are standing in long traffic jams for a long time.

Earlier, the State Protection Department of Ukraine warned that traffic in Kyiv would be restricted on 31 March due to the visit of foreign delegations.
