In the village of Chabany, a Hyundai driver collided with a Kovi motorbike

A road traffic accident was reported in the Kyiv region on 23 April. Police in the Kyiv region are investigating the circumstances of the accident, which occurred in the Fastiv district. This was reported by the police press office on Facebook.

The incident took place a few days ago in the village of Chabany on one of the local streets. The investigation established that the 29-year-old driver of a Hyundai car failed to give way, resulting in a collision with a Kovi motorcycle.

As a result of the accident, a 20-year-old motorcyclist was hospitalised with injuries. The Fastiv District Police Investigation Department has launched a pre-trial investigation into the incident under Part 1 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Law enforcement officers in the Kyiv region are once again urging drivers to strictly observe the rules of the road in order to avoid such situations.
