Russian troops have changed their tactics and are launching large-scale attacks on a specific city.
There is a possibility of repeated shelling of Kyiv in the coming days. This was stated on Espresso TV by Oleksiy Hetman, a veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war, Major of the National Guard of Ukraine.
Russian invaders will not be able to bombard Ukraine with hundreds of missiles in one attack. At the same time, the occupiers were able to increase the production of UAVs. This allows them to organise a combined attack not on many cities, but on 1-2.
‘This allows them to attack the territory of Ukraine with several hundred drones every day,’ the reserve major said.
According to him, the Russians have a different situation with missiles. Their missile production plants are operational and can produce up to 100 units per month.
The hetman added that the Russian invaders will continue to carry out massive attacks in an attempt to weaken Ukraine’s air defence.
“These 100 missiles are launched at Ukraine once, twice or three times. That is why the attack, which also targeted Kyiv, may be repeated in the coming days,” the expert stressed.
According to a veteran of the war with Russia, the enemy intends to overwhelm Ukrainian air defences by striking at specific locations.
