In Sofiivska Borshchahivka, a Chevrolet Volt driver hit a pedestrian

A traffic accident in the village of Sofiivska Borshchahivka was recorded on Soborna Street. A 29-year-old driver of a Chevrolet Volt, travelling in the direction of the village of Sviatopetrivske, hit a pedestrian. This was reported by the press service of the National Police.

The man suddenly stepped onto the roadway. The pedestrian died at the scene from his injuries.

Criminal proceedings have been initiated. The case concerns a violation of traffic safety rules that resulted in the death of a person.

As a reminder, a traffic accident was recorded in Boyarka. The driver of a Yamaha motor scooter died as a result of a collision with a cyclist and cars.
