I am ready to end the war on the terms of 2024 – Putin

At a press conference, Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin announced his conditions for ending the war against Ukraine. According to him, Ukrainian troops must leave four regions of Ukraine.

The Russian politician stressed that the fire would cease when Ukraine completely withdraws its troops from Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, as well as from the so-called DPR and LPR (the Ukrainian territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions occupied by Russia) within their administrative borders. At the same time, Kyiv should officially notify Moscow of its guarantees not to join NATO.

‘If Kyiv and the West refuse the new peace proposal, the conditions will be allegedly different,’ Putin said.

Putin added that Russia has produced the first serial Oreshnik, and the missile has been delivered to the troops. It will also be in Belarus by the end of the year. They are now choosing a place to deploy it.

As a reminder, Putin said that Russia should multiply the capabilities of its ground forces as soon as possible.
