Foreigner driving a BMW X5 caused a fatal accident on the Kyiv-Kharkiv motorway

An accident occurred near the village of Bohdanivka on the Kyiv-Kharkiv motorway. A foreigner driving a BMW X5 failed to maintain a safe speed, lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a wheel guard. This was reported by the press service of the National Police.

As a result of the impact, the vehicle rolled over several times. The driver and a 27-year-old passenger died at the scene. A 20-year-old female passenger was also injured.

She was hospitalised with bodily injuries.

Criminal proceedings have been initiated. The case concerns the death of several people.
