A club from Kyiv region opened the Ukrainian football championship with a victory

On 1 August, Kolos and Kryvbas played the first match of the new Ukrainian football championship. The match ended with a score of 2-1.

Tomorrow, Dynamo Kyiv will start the season in the national championship as champions. Oleksandr Shovkovskyi’s team will play against Veres Rivne.

As a reminder, Russian troops attacked Kyiv and damaged the Spartak Stadium.
